Rally

Terms

DraftThis wording hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change.

Using the app

Rally is run by Caan Vilailuck (trading as Rally). You need to be 20 or older to have an account. You can book for someone younger by naming them as the player; you’re responsible for their bookings.

Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else knows it, change it in Profile; that signs you out on your other devices.

Coaches

Coaches are independent. The Rally team checks every coach before their page goes live, but the lesson is between you and the coach.

Bookings and fees

Each coach sets their own prices, cancellation window and fees for late cancellations and no-shows. The app shows them before you book and records any fee. You pay your coach directly; there are no payments in the app.

If you think a fee is wrong, dispute it in the app. The coach can waive it or keep it with a reason, and the team can step in.

Behaviour

Be respectful in messages, posts and at lessons. You can report a person, a message or a post from the app. If an account breaks these rules, the team can limit it (for example stop it messaging, or hide its profile and posts) for a time, or suspend it.

Player profiles and hitting-partner messages are for finding people to play tennis with: describe yourself honestly, don’t advertise, sell or ask for money, and don’t put links or other people’s details on your profile. Levels and UTR are what players say about themselves; Rally doesn’t check them.

Posts are yours: only post text and photos you have the right to share, with no links, and no photos of other people who wouldn’t want them shared. You can edit a post’s text for 15 minutes and delete it at any time.

The service

We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but it’s provided as it is. These terms are governed by Thai law.
